We're super proud to announce that going forward SRFDRY will be working with Team GB swimming icon Hannah Miley - a triple Olympian and true great of the sport. Hannah has represented Great Britain at three Olympic Games, Beijing in 2008, London 2012 & Rio in 2016 - reaching the final on each occasion.

One day I can be happy, enthusiastic and motivated - the next morning all that positivity has evaporated and I have no clue why. It can be really difficult to build up any momentum, to really develop a positive mindset, when any progress can be snatched away in an instant.
